Romance Welcome

We stayed at Panorama Arctic Resort for short 3 night stay in the middle of January. The place is absolutely beautiful - we stayed at the regular chalet with the gorgeous view of the winter forest. The accommodation was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. With warm decor, heated floor and nice surroundings. Even though the place was just recently open everything there runs very smoothly. Staff are very professional and friendly. Thanks to Antti we have seen the northern lights and Ilmari great service made every dinner very special. Restaurant has limited but very tasty options. Special thanks to a great chef who makes best Dutch bread :)

The hotel's location is excellent, the room cleaning is very good, and the room temperature is perfectly adequate. The reception services and the attentiveness of the staff are extremely good and meet expectations.

The breakfast menu is quite extensive, but serving the same items every day is a bit challenging. I would prefer a variety of options.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. The only negative side is that the parking lot is a bit far from the rooms, making walking in the cold weather difficult.

Dinner and breakfast were excellent. We witnessed the northern lights from our rooms for several days. The room cleaning service was very good. The service was impeccable. we booked several activities through the hotel and were very pleased. Thank you.

We stayed 6 nights at this hotel and on 3 days we were able to see the Northern Lights directly from the hotel. The service was excellent, and both breakfast and dinner were also very good.
We chose the Christmas package, which was great — the included activities are the most traditional in the region. There were many children at the hotel, which was nice for families.
The rooms are well separated, and we couldn’t hear any neighbors at all.
